WILL THE PRINT LOOK LIKE WHAT I SEE ON THE SCREEN?
Your print of any black and white painting will look exactly like what you see on the screen, although the resolution will be much higher (sharper), so it will look even better. How accurately your print of a color painting will match the image on your screen as far as the colors will depend on how accurately your screen is calibrated for color. Most screens are fairly accurate. If your screen is not calibrated accurately, then the colors of the print may look a little different, but probably much better than what you see on the screen. All prints are produced with the highest quality archival inks and materials.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped in North America using FedEx with a tracking number provided at the time your order is shipped. International orders are shipped using the most cost-effective carrier based on the destination, usually also FedEx. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO box so please ensure that you provide your actual street number address. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days.
HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?
Our professional Fine Art printers are experts as shipping artwork. Be assured that your order will be professionally wrapped and packaged for safe shipping.
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?
Average print production time is between 5-7 days not including time for shipping. Sizes over 30 inches may take a day or two longer.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?
If you aren't satisfied, neither am I. Returns may be made within 72 hours of receiving artwork. All returned artwork must be packaged exactly as it was received and be in perfect condition without any flaws or damages. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer and sent with insurance and tracking number. For any further questions or concerns contact me.
WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
I will do everything I can to make sure your print arrives safely. However, even with professional packaging, although rare, things can happen during transit. It has not been my experience yet, but should this ever happen to you please photograph the packaging and artwork, document the tracking number, shipper, and other shipping information, and contact me immediately for assistance. Prints damaged during shipping are replaced free of charge.
